Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Solution Quality & Release Engineer to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The role
The role will act as the link between Consumer Quality, Quality Insight, and Development teams. ensuring that customer-reported issues are identified, analyzed, prioritized, and resolved.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main quality contact between Connectivity and Quality Insight teams.
- Analyze customer feedback, incidents, and field quality data.
- Define and prioritize quality issues based on customer impact.
- Support and lead root cause investigations.
- Drive problem management activities for hardware and software
- Collaborate with development teams, suppliers, service departments, and stakeholders with quality stakeholders.
- Communicate consumer insights and quality trends.
Required Competence
- Experience in Quality Analysis.
- Experience working with technical problem management.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience from connected services, telematics, Infotainment, or software-intensive products Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5 Why, etc.)
- Knowledge of field quality processes and customer complaint handling.
- Experience working cross-functionally between development, customer support, and quality organizations.
