We are seeking a skilled Business Automation and Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance business processes for our members.
*Responsibilities*
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design automation solutions
– Develop and maintain automations using tools such as salesforce, hubspot, pipedrive and zapier
– Conduct testing to ensure the quality of automation solutions
– Implement automation frameworks and strategies to streamline business processes
– Work in an Agile environment to deliver automation projects efficiently
– Utilize knowledge of software systems like CRMs for effective automation implementation
– Demonstrate expertise in zapier to support automation initiatives
*Experience*
– Proven experience in business process automation and testing
– Familiarity with no code/low code methodologies
– Proficiency in tools like zapier and APIs for automation development
– Strong understanding of testing amd documentation practices
– Nice-to-have skills include experience with Pipedrive and CRM automation features
– Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools
