Role Description The Sourcing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cempaka Putih, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers that support Orson Indonesia’s manufacturing operations. This role involves conducting market research on raw materials and packaging, assessing supplier capabilities, and maintaining cost-effective and reliable supply chains. The Sourcing Specialist will manage vendor relationships, support contract negotiations, and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as production, quality assurance, and finance to ensure aligned sourcing decisions. Daily tasks include monitoring supplier performance, tracking key sourcing metrics, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and sourcing processes. The role also collaborates closely with recruiting and HR teams when sourcing new partners or roles tied to supply chain and procurement activities.

- Relevant qualifications include experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, data management proficiency (e.g., Excel or similar tools), and familiarity with ERP or procurement systems are advantageous.
