Specialist – Quality (Female Candidates Encouraged to Apply) ✨

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Closed-Loop Quality initiatives to improve product design and performance.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for failure resolution and preventive actions.
Foster a Quality Culture by mentoring engineers and supporting Six Sigma projects.
Work to reduce Cost of Poor Quality and enhance cost efficiency across projects.
Promote knowledge sharing and facilitate the implementation of best practices.
Lead efforts to collect and act upon safety data from the value chain.
Manage Product Development Agreements with suppliers and ensure risk management.
Support updates to DFMEA documents and ensure comprehensive risk tracking.
Guide and track Critical to Quality tasks and maintain the risk register .
Implement APQP4 Wind process in Powertrain projects to drive quality and value chain collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Production , or a related field.
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and APQP4 Wind knowledge preferred.
13+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement within the Quality function.
Experience in Product Development is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proven experience in stakeholder and supplier quality management .
Strong Root Cause Analysis skills to address both technical and systemic issues.
