Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance
- Quality Control
- Supplier & Customer Quality Management
- Continuous Improvement
- Documentation & Compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in specialty chemicals industry or automobile production companies or related industries.
- Experience handling customer complaints, CAPA, and quality investigations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality data analysis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Good written and spoken English
- Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001). Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or quality-related certification is plus.
