Food Quality Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated Food Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards. In this role, you will implement and maintain quality systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Who You Are:
A quality-focused professional with at least 4 years of experience and a strong background in food safety regulations (FSMA, HACCP, ISO, SQF).
A problem-solver with excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvements.
A collaborative leader who can engage with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality excellence.
A detail-oriented and proactive thinker, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
At minimum a Bachelor Degree in Food and or Animal Science or other applicable degrees, Master’s Degree highly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement quality systems and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and drive a culture of excellence.
Conduct audits and analyze quality performance data, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Provide technical support and training on food safety practices, quality standards, and best practices across teams.
