We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As part of our quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our AI-driven applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of product quality, enabling us to deliver seamless and engaging experiences to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Test & Validate: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, usability, and stability of new features and releases across our mobile and web platforms.
Bug Sleuthing: Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard QA tools, collaborating closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Automation & Efficiency: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to increase test coverage and streamline testing processes for both web and mobile applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure that new features are delivered on time, meet performance expectations, and are free from critical defects.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze test results, generate performance metrics, and suggest improvements that will continuously enhance product quality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
2 – 3 Years of QA Experience: Demonstrated experience in manual and automated testing for both web and mobile applications.
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile workflows, and testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Cypress.
Analytical Mindset: Acute attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a proactive attitude toward sharing insights for continuous product improvement.
