- Participate potential supplier audit together with commodity buyer
- Ensure purchased productive parts are approved and production ready on time (PPAP approval according to project time.)
- Implement supplier yearly audit, ensure the finding be closed on time
- According to the quality monthly report, feedback to the supplier, as well as ask the supplier to make action for improvement
- Manage and follow up the 8D list, ensure all the 8D closed on time; as well as ensure clarity the quality issues and cost with supplier;
- Set up incoming inspection WI for new project
- Continually improve the quality of purchased parts.
- Ensure supplier PPM reach target
- Ensue supplier yearly performance reach target
- Ensure yearly audit be complete on time Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Business Administration.
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management.
- High proficiency in VDA & IATF knowledge and quality tools.
- Understanding of normal parts manufacturing processes, e.g. Polymer materials / Injection molding / Spraying / Pressing
