Sr. Admin Assistant – F&B Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at Emirates Flight Catering

Job Purpose:

The job holder is responsible for supporting and enhancing quality,

food safety

, and health standards across F&B Airport Services by conducting audits, training staff, coordinating system improvements, and ensuring compliance with QHSE procedures and regulatory requirements to drive

continuous improvement

and operational excellence.

Key Results Area:

Develop and enhance documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and

continuous improvement

by collaborating with the Quality, Safety, and

Food Safety

departments.

Implement updates and improvements to the SMART

Food Safety

Management System, enhancing performance, functionality, and user experience in coordination with the IT team.

Conduct daily random audits to verify adherence to the Quality System in F&B Airport Service for Dubai International Airport (DXB), reporting on activity implementation and form usage as per procedures.

Perform internal inspections to ensure compliance with established work procedures and regulatory requirements.

Train and supervise quality assistants on

food safety

practices,

safety measures

, and the correct use, storage, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent workplace hazards ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.

Report all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and

food safety

concerns, following up on corrective actions until resolution is achieved.

Communicate quality and

food safety

practices during team briefings, reinforcing compliance and awareness.

Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, addressing quality-related concerns in real time to ensure smooth operations.

Enforce safe work practices and procedures, ensuring a secure and healthful workplace in line with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 standards.

Education

Qualification:

O or A Level in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification (must have)

Certification in Quality Management System (preferred)

Work Experience:

Minimum 4 years in the QHSE function in an ISO regulated environment. Should have completed minimum on-job training and mandatory training.

Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and implementing quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, and

food safety

regulations.
