- The Senior Quality Analyst will support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions for Sales and Distribution modernization initiatives, including employer, broker, enrollment, benefits, and API integration platforms
- This role will develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases across web applications, APIs, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance
- The analyst will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, architects, and offshore teams to validate business requirements and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems
- Responsibilities include functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; supporting test automation efforts; identifying and tracking defects; validating data quality and system performance; and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- The role will also participate in Agile ceremonies, support release validation activities, and ensure solutions align with enterprise quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory expectations
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or application testing, with experience supporting enterprise applications and system integrations
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, along with familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and quality assurance best practices
- Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
