Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated providing administrative support and assistance to the Quality Assurance team.
A. Building Projects
Create subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders for assigned project builds.
Compile and track weekly manpower hours
Provide requested services/information to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operation Managers.
Setup and maintain electronic project files and databases.
Action punch list items for project closeout.
B. Duties
Coordinate the flow of information from Sr. Level Executives/Managers to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other employees as requested.
Compile, maintain, distribute, and/or track Osha certifications, CPR certifications, monthly safety data, and training class(es) completion data.
Other duties as assigned.

What it takes
An Associates degree in Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Procore (a plus), Viewpoint (a plus).
Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and procedures a plus.
