We are currently looking for Quality Control Inspectors for our cabin cleaning subcontractors and teams. Our Quality Control Inspectors ensure the quality of cleanliness in the properties we manage after each clean done by our cleaning teams, supporting the overall quality of our large and quickly growing portfolio of vacation rental properties.
THIS IS A 1099 CONTRACTOR POSITION!
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
QC Cleaning Inspector
Completion of property inspections post-cleaning phase to ensure quality.
Traveling between multiple sites every day.
The ability to notice property damage and maintenance issues and report them.
Testing the cleanliness of hot tubs. (Don’t worry, we will train you.)
Ensuring the removal of trash and debris from around properties.
The ability to follow PPE Regulations to limit exposure to viruses and pathogens.
Detailed picture and video documentation of each clean.
QC Maintenance Inspector
Traveling between multiple sites every day.
Completion of in-depth property inspections.
The ability to notice property damage and maintenance issues and report them.
The ability to follow PPE Regulations to limit exposure to viruses and pathogens.
Detailed picture and video documentation of all maintenance issues found.
The skills you need to complete your job include:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
An eye for detail.
Self-motivated and strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Professional presentation and customer service-oriented attitude.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to regularly lift over 40 lbs.
Working knowledge of computers and mobile devices and ability to learn new online management systems quickly.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support the needs of the business.
Delivery of supplies to property. Performing light touch-ups of properties when necessary.
For the QC Maintenance Inspector Only:
Strong background in the Maintenance field.
