Job Purpose
This position will assist the Manager – Engineering Deployment in conducting PATs and providing field construction inspections physically as scheduled in the project implementation plan.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct the PATs and ensure site quality aligning with the guidelines and designs.
- External vendor management, resource gap identification & fluffiness, timely delivery, BOQ verification,
- Coordination of infrastructure development projects & deliver on agreed SLA.
- Vendor coordination for site construction relevant verification & approvals.
- Support Stakeholder Management with TRC, MPTC or other Government Offices
- Project Management System updates
- Progress report validation has to be done for projects relevant to passive scope.
- Change requests / Additional work requests from vendors has to be analyzed & validated.
- participates in conducting acceptance / site supervision to ensure the BTS construction and integration meet quality set.
- Attend disputes on time to solve problems with the authorities and landowners
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Equivalent Academic Qualification
- PE certificate from Board of engineering in Cambodia (Optional)
- Able to communicate Fluently in English
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Work at height certificate to be available
