2nd Shift Quality Analyst / Operator
Greer SC | $20–$22/hr. DOE + Shift Differential | Immediate Interviews
Do you take pride in doing things the right way—and in the right order? At our facility, that means Safety first, Quality second, and Production always following close behind. We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Quality Analyst/Operator to help us live those priorities every single shift.
We’re a mid-size manufacturing facility in Upstate South Carolina with a strong team and an even stronger sense of purpose. If you’re the kind of person who shows up with commitment, flexibility, urgency, and integrity, we think you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
Perform on-the-floor audits of material, product, and process to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Provide quality coaching and real-time feedback to team members
Keep documentation accurate and up to date—PDS, first/last piece samples, certifications, etc.
Support root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions for non-conformances
Uphold and model ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards in daily work
Help foster a safety-first culture while pushing quality improvements forward
Communicate clearly across teams to resolve issues and keep production moving efficiently

Commitment – You take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through.
Passion – You care about the work you do and the people you do it with.
Self-Esteem – You bring confidence, but know when to compromise and collaborate.
Sense of Urgency – You know when it’s time to hustle and how to stay calm under pressure.
Flexibility – You can pivot when priorities shift without losing focus.
Integrity – You do what’s right, even when no one’s watching.
Communication – You speak clearly, listen actively, and contribute to solutions.
What You Bring
Hands-on comfort with production floor environments (this is not a lab or office-based role)
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality systems
Experience with gauge calibration, quality audits, and manufacturing processes
Basic math skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel/Word)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in a dynamic, sometimes loud setting
Desire to grow—willing to complete training in SPC, root cause analysis, and Lean methods
Why Join Us?
Competitive pay and shift differential for 2nd shift
Opportunity to grow within a values-driven organization
Team-oriented environment where your voice matters
A culture that emphasizes safety first, quality always, and people above all
