LER TechForce is looking for
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to help bring code to life. QA Engineers employ different testing strategies to ensure systems are solid and ready for real-world scale. You must be able to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the company's direction and success and should not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

| WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Be responsible for manual and automated testing of features across various platforms, including web and mobile.
- Develop, improve, and employ testing strategies and techniques.
- Utilize black box, gray box, and white box testing techniques.
- Test code and systems using manual and automated tools.
- Write automated tests and user-level test automation tools.
- Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to understand product features and technical implementations.
- Work with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Customer Support to understand customer usage models.
- Develop test plans and test suites that approximate real-world environments.
- Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
- Create and maintain regression tests.
- Drive the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies.
| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience in delivering test frameworks, test tools, and leading QA projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
- Experience in manual and automated testing.
- Experience in scripting or coding.
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium.
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality.
- Proven understanding of software internals and an ability to debug problems using log files.
