We are working on behalf of a fast-growing maker of High Power Amplifiers and RF Sub-Systems for Radar, EW, and other Defense applications. They have several large defense programs in-house, and the prospect of several more in the pipeline. They are scaling up to $25-$50 million in annual sales. They are based in the Northern NJ/NYC metro area.
They are looking for a Sr. Quality Control Inspector, who will quality control incoming parts, perform Failure Analysis inspections, and conduct final inspections of parts and subsystems being delivered to customers. They will develop QA and QC procedures, and lead ISO 9001 re-certification, as well as future AS9100 certification.
Responsibilities:
Quality control of incoming parts.
Perform Failure Analysis inspections.
Conduct final inspections of parts and subsystems.
Develop QA and QC procedures.
Lead ISO 9001 re-certification and future AS9100 certification.
Qualifications:
3 to 5+ years of QA/QC experience in an electronics assembly environment.
Experience working with IPC-A-610 standard, as well as ISO 9001 and AS9100 is preferred.
Experience with Military RF parts/subsystems is ideal.
