FreeStand is based in Bolingbrook, IL and specializes in providing temporary, furnished housing for corporations and insurance companies around the world.
This role is 80% cleaning, and 20% quality control/inspections. We would assign you to clean the home, and another individual to QC the work, or vice versa.
The last individual to be in the home prior to guest arrival, are the QC personnel.
This role consists of two separate job responsibilities:
1) Cleaning and restocking a home for 8-10 hours. Pays $35/Hour.
2) Quality control. This involves inspecting after a cleaner has completed their 8-10 hours. This role involves cleaning any items missed, which typically takes 1.5 -2.5 hours. Position pays $35/Hour, for each home visited.
If something is missed, and tenant complains, QC personnel is required to re-visit the property within 24 hours, to complete the initial assigned job. There is no additional compensation to complete the original assigned job.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
Clean residential homes per the provided check-list.
Document and communicate all ‘missing’ items and/or damage.
QC Personnel Responsibilities:
Inspect residential homes per the provided check-list.
Clean any area missed by the assigned cleaner.
Document and communicate all ‘missed’ items.
