Quality Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the company’s products and services meet established quality standards. This position involves overseeing a quality control team, implementing quality procedures, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead the quality control team in conducting product testing and audits.
– Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures.
– Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
– Analyze quality data and prepare reports for senior management.
– Identify areas for improvement in processes and collaborate with other departments to implement solutions.
– Train and develop quality staff to ensure a high level of competency.
– Stay updated on applicable quality regulations and standards in the industry.
– Manage complaints and non-conformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
– Software Office (Excel,Word,PPT)
– Previous experience in a quality supervision role, preferably in Wire.
– Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
– Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.50 per hour
