Sr. Quality Manufacturing Engineer
In this role you
Responsible for achieving a high level of quality performance, compliance, and sustainability in product inspection and manufacturing facilities, while pursuing continuous quality improvement through the application of Quality Engineering practices.
Your role:
Manage product ship holds and communications, supporting regulatory quality control activities.
Define and translate product quality inspection policies and strategies into technical solutions within your domain.
Determine and execute product quality inspection approaches within projects.
Handle non-conformance events, including CAPA management, and resolve quality issues with internal suppliers.
Perform receiving inspection, WIP inspection, and FGD release; support SQE/SQA/Purchasing teams.
You’re the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry preferred.
Experience in inspection engineering and working directly with suppliers.
Knowledge of quality systems, tools, and methodologies such as Critical to Quality, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto, 8D, 5 Why, and auditing; experience with supplier audits preferred.
Basic understanding of CAPA and familiarity with global medical device regulations like 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, 820, ISO
13485, and ISO
9001.
Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this office/remote position.

We believe in working better together. For office-based teams, this means working onsite 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are typically outside main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.
