We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Quality to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure the highest standards of product excellence. Duties
Lead the development and execution of the company’s quality strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Oversee quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Supervise the quality control team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to integrate customer feedback into quality improvement processes.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Develop strategic plans for quality management that support long-term business growth while managing profit loss effectively.
Facilitate training programs to promote awareness of quality standards across all levels of the organization.
Experience
Proven experience in a leadership role within quality management, preferably at an executive level.
Strong background in project management with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience in strategic planning and business development related to quality assurance initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $190,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
