As a Document Systems QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our internal document management systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to test complex document workflows, integrations, and user interfaces. What You'll Do
Design and execute comprehensive test plans for document management systems and related internal services
Perform integration testing between document systems and other enterprise applications
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks
Conduct full stack testing across frontend interfaces and backend services
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution using test management tools
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Validate document workflows, permissions, and security controls meet business requirements
Create and maintain test documentation including test cases, procedures, and reports
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality assurance insights during sprint planning
Perform performance and load testing of document processing capabilities
What You'll Bring
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks in one of Playwright, Selenium
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL database queries for test validation
Knowledge of log analysis using tools like Splunk for troubleshooting and monitoring
Experience with API testing using Postman, or similar tools
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Expected Compensation
$120,000 – $258,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
