We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team here at ACCC! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, FDA regulations, and CGMP practices. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting inspections, analyzing data, and implementing quality assurance processes to enhance product reliability and safety.
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for reviewing positive and negative client feedback, phone monitoring, researching and reporting on client complaints, responding to client reviews, file reviews, and utilizing phone monitoring technology to identify innovative ways to scale call monitoring. This role will also assist in streamlining the client feedback process to reduce manual work required for data aggregation and tracking, enhancing operational efficiency and data insights.
Responsibilities:
Track, Trend, and Report on QA Processes:
Escalated issues, quality objectives, positive/negative feedback, surveys, and report to the Manager.
Coordinate Phone Monitoring Process:
Coordinate phone monitoring efforts, analyze trends, prepare reports, and escalate issues to the Manager.
Use phone monitoring technology to develop innovative approaches to scaling call monitoring for greater efficiency and coverage.
Phone Monitoring:
Perform phone monitoring of operational departments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality assurance.
File Review:
Review client files for those joining the Debt Management Program for completeness and accuracy.
Conduct trending analysis and communicate findings to management.
Cross-Train and Backup:
Serve as a back-up for documentation functions and creditor database functions as needed.
Escalated Issues:
Review client complaints, respond to customer reviews, and report emerging trends to the Manager.
Streamline Client Feedback Process:
Assist in automating and optimizing the client feedback process to reduce manual work associated with data aggregation and tracking, ensuring more efficient handling of client responses and insights.
Assist with Creditor Grants, External Audits, Industry Reporting, and COA Accreditation:
Support these processes as needed to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.

Position Qualifications:
Education:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of data entry experience.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications:
N/A
Supervisory Responsibility:
Helpful, but not required.
Other:
Basic computer knowledge and mathematical skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and standard operating procedures (S.O.P.s).
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence for clients.
Demonstrate telephone etiquette, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to interact and work in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend and respond to client and employee inquiries.
Working Conditions:
Lifting & Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and reaching, bending, or storing materials as required during the workday.
Proper lifting techniques must be followed.
Work Environment:
General office environment with moderate noise level.
