Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual data and cloud testing as well as proficiency in various testing tools and frameworks. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing processes. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Conduct manual data testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Perform manual cloud testing to validate cloud-based applications.
Utilize test metrics and reporting to track and communicate testing progress.
Use SNOW for incident management and tracking.
Apply various testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Execute manual end-to-end business process assurance tests.
Manage and track testing activities using RALLY.
Utilize HP ALM for test management and execution.
Conduct mainframe testing to ensure system reliability.
Use Jira for issue tracking and project management.
Apply basic programming skills to create and execute test scripts.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
Ensure compliance with governance risk and compliance standards.
Provide detailed test reports and documentation.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Contribute to the overall quality and reliability of software products.
Impact society by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Support the companys purpose by maintaining software excellence.
Qualifications
Must have experience in manual data testing and manual cloud testing.
Must be proficient in test metrics and reporting.
Must have experience with SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira.
Must have basic programming skills.
Must have experience in manual end-to-end business process assurance.
Must have experience in mainframe testing.
Nice to have experience in governance risk and compliance.
Nice to have experience in cards and payments.
Must be able to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
Certifications Required
