Job Description
Manual QA | Experience – 5 – 7 years
Mandatory Requirements
5 years or more total experience in Software Development out of which minimum 3 years should be in quality assurance
Proven experience in manual QA roles within Agile software development environments
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance
Experience in writing clear and thorough test cases and plans
Effective communication skills with the confidence to ask questions and challenge constructively
Familiarity with defect lifecycle and expertise in logging actionable bugs
Proficiency in any test management tool (e.g., Microsoft Test Manager, Jira, HP QC, etc.)
Preferred But Not Mandatory
Domain knowledge in the upstream oil and gas sector, particularly in production engineering
Certification in QA from a recognised body (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, etc.)
Experience working in domain-oriented or dynamically evolving project environments
