Education Required
Minimum Bachelors Degree and above in related field.
Years Of Experience
Minimum 7 years working experience.

- Able to travel in short notice
Responsibilities
Job Responsibility :
To manage the following areas to ensure effectiveness and timely resolution of issues and completion of projects:
- Manage Customer Service Section
- Link with Customer Engineering and Planning
- New process product release management
- Manage customer quality issue and return material (RMA)
- Manage customer audit/survey
- Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Coordinate customer quality issue, complaints, audit nonconformity with relevant party
- Identify training needs for subordinates to improve their skill and competency
