Quality Assurance Lead

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Proficient written, verbal and oral English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
Responsibilities:
Implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Perform inspections on product batches following completion of manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Including manufacturing and quality) to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Skills:
The required skills for this position include strong analytical abilities, which are essential for interpreting quality data and identifying trends. Leadership skills are crucial as the Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for guiding a team and fostering a culture of quality within the organization. Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with various departments and conveying quality standards. Additionally, problem-solving skills will be utilized daily to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
