Summary:
As the Quality Assurance Manager at Daiso USA, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the overall quality of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in quality management within warehousing and related industries.

This position will hold growing supervisory responsibilities as we continue to expand.
Essential Job Functions:
Quality Assurance (40%)
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system for all warehouse operations.
Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
Stay ahead of industry regulations and ensure that all warehousing and transportation activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Collect and analyze data to measure and report on key quality performance indicators.
Generate regular reports for management review and decision-making.
Process Improvement (40%)
Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with operational teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with established quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor customer feedback and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Investigate and address customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
Training & Development (20%)
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality-related activities, including audits, corrective actions, and process changes.
Competencies:
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of FDA, AIB, CTPAT, and ISO requirements.
Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
