Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Sterile Area Junior Associate to join our Production team in our Pallini premises.

As a Sterile Area Junior Associate, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing activities of Sterile Area, in compliance with GMP guidelines.

Requirements

More particularly:

What You Will Do

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to support traceability and regulatory compliance

Take part in the preparation, review and completion of production documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), logbooks and cleaning records

Execute production tasks following batch records and logbook requirements

Accurately record data and ensure timely documentation of all production activities

Handle and manage electronic Documentation Management System

Collaborate with QA, QC and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues

Contribute to cleanroom hygiene and environmental monitoring programs

Support investigations, CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

High School or Vocational Training Diploma

Desirable experience within a pharmaceutical environment

Job-Specific Skills

Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)

Strong problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer literacy
