Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sterility Assurance role based in Duluth, GA. The individual in this role will ensure compliance with sterility assurance protocols and assist in maintaining a high standard of operational integrity. Key responsibilities include conducting sterility audits, performing risk assessments, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product and process quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in Assurance Services with a strong focus on maintaining sterility and compliance standards
- Proficient Analytical Skills for identifying, resolving, and preventing non-compliance or quality issues
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting across cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of Finance and ability to manage resources within allocated budgets
- Competency in reviewing and interpreting Financial Statements, identifying potential risks, and proposing solutions
- Detail-oriented mindset with abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as microbiology, biology, life sciences, or a related discipline
- Experience in regulatory and quality standards within the manufacturing or healthcare sectors is a plus
