Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Support Technician to join our QC team. This role provides essential support to laboratory analysts and ensures the smooth operation of lab activities in a GMP-compliant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including aseptic sampling, inventory management, basic metrology, and lab maintenance.
Key Accountabilities:
Perform all activities in alignment with company values, Code of Conduct, and all relevant policies and procedures.
Complete all mandatory training on time and report any potential non-compliance concerns.
Provide support services to QC lab analysts:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lab facilities and equipment.
Wash, sterilize, and restock glassware and lab supplies.
Manage chemical orders, supply inventory, and restocking processes.
Conduct aseptic sampling of viable and non-viable environmental surfaces and water systems.
Accurately prepare solutions and standards with proper documentation using ALCOA+ principles.
Operate the autoclave to sterilize lab equipment and materials.
Essential Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing duties in aseptic manufacturing or similar environments.
Desirable Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or other technical certification.
Prior experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
Experience in biologics, aseptic sampling, and laboratory microbiology.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in Quality Control lab settings.

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
