This will be a Temporary assignment for a period of approximately three months.
The Quality Coordinator III is accountable for receiving, inspecting and dispositioning returned materials and for completing customer memos for returned materials in an accurate and timely manner. Position also provides information and analysis to assist sales, corporate product, warehouse and factories approve memos for prompt completion and invoicing. Position must be able to work under minimal supervision and must be able to assist others in resolving complex RMA issues.

Our Quality Coordinator IIIs:
Processes returned materials from customers and internal transfers in an accurate and timely manner by validating paperwork, inspecting physical parts, reviewing memo documentation for correctness, invoicing memo with the correct error reason code and by appropriately dispositioning materials (i.e. return to factory/customer or restock).
Restocks parts in an accurate and timely manner by inspecting for damage and repackaging into sellable condition and packaging increments.
Validates accuracy of memo information in an accurate and timely manner by reviewing for discrepancies and coordinating with all relevant TTI departments including warehouse, corporate product and sales to resolve any questionable issues.
Maintains ability to support memo data decisions in an accurate and timely manner by documenting all relevant information via hard copy file and/or note di screen.
Supports Corrective Action Specialist in an effective manner by assisting with resolving all customer or factory related corrective action requests.
Resolves complex RMA issues in an effective manner by providing product and systems knowledge and support to Quality Coordinators I and II.
Position may be required to focus on processing ICSTs (Quality related) for a large portion of the work week or maybe required to serve as an ICST (Quality related) back-up resource.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Five plus years of related TTI work experience required (e.g. warehouse, special services, logistics, product and/or quality).
Must be able to effectively assist others in resolving complex customer return issues.
