Their state-of-the-art facility in Twin Falls, ID, is seeking an experienced Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality assurance efforts and uphold stringent compliance standards across all operations.

Position Summary
The Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing all aspects of food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing quality processes, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, implement, and continuously improve food safety and quality programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
Manage quality-related budgets and eliminate inefficiencies through data-driven solutions.
Conduct PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) assessments to achieve strategic quality objectives.
Respond effectively to crisis situations while safeguarding company standards and policies.
Recruit, mentor, and manage quality assurance staff, including performance reviews and professional development.
Maintain compliance with SQF, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher, and other regulatory standards.
Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives with a focus on the Quality Maintenance (QM) pillar.
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and vendor teams to resolve quality and compliance issues.
Provide oversight and technical support across sanitation, warehouse, and compliance environments.
Maintain strong communication and accountability with external manufacturing partners.

Qualifications & Skills

5–8 years of experience in production, manufacturing, and quality environments
Minimum of 5 years in food safety/quality management, including receiving and delivery oversight
Proven leadership in managing diverse teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance systems
Experience with TPM and QM principles strongly preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field

Work Environment & Schedule

Onsite, night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
No travel required
