Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Plovdiv for a Supplier and Customer Quality Assurance Supervisor. The role is responsible for acting as the main quality interface between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. It includes handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner, coordinating cross-functional teams for the preparation and completion of 8D reports, and ensuring effective resolution of quality issues through corrective and preventive actions. The position also involves maintaining complaint databases, managing supplier-related quality issues, and leading the Incoming Quality Control team to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field
- Еxperience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of 8D methodology and root cause analysis techniques
- Capable of coordinating corrective and preventive actions effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quality-related software
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Ability to lead and motivate Incoming Quality Control staff
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
