Role Overview
Your role will be pivotal: verify that our products consistently meet high-quality standards and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
Lab Operations (80%):
Follow work instructions and maintain lab data according to our Quality Control Manual.
Ensure calibration and functioning of QC instrumentation.
Drive productivity through effective process management and lab supplies maintenance.
Maintain ISO 9001 traceability with updated CoAs, MSDS, and other records.
Collaborate with production for seamless operations.
Data Management (20%):
Communicate analytical results clearly to the team and leadership.
Present data using strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook).
Implement corrective actions based on data-driven insights.
Quality Control Practices – QC WOW:
Prioritize tasks to optimize lab performance.
Foster a positive and constructive working environment.
Communicate updates, promote transparency, and motivate the team.

Qualifications & Skills:
An associate degree in science/engineering or equivalent QC experience.
Experience with QC laboratory workflows and testing methods.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in chemistry specific to our product lines is advantageous.
Physical & Travel Requirements:
Travel up to 5% and ability to lift 50 pounds.
Physical stamina to stand, sit, and engage in physical tasks throughout the day.
Master skills in:
Quality Inspection and Control.
Troubleshooting and Data Analysis.
