Job Details:
This position is within the External Supply Quality (ESQ) – Primary Components team.
Primary responsibilities of this position include:
Assists with documents ownership, review and approval (i.e. quality agreements, Memos, appendixes, etc.)
Support supplier investigations, events, change notifications, change controls, CAPA and CAPA EVs
Preparation of supplier audit, coordination, and focus areas identification
Assess supplier status through periodic monitoring reporting
Partner with Operations site lead on issues, improvements, site performance and overall relationship management
Support audit commitments to completion
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
• Quality assurance or manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Understand GMP requirements
• Familiar with Primary Components usage and requirements
• The manager is looking for someone who can drive the completion of tasks
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Support the Primary Component ESQ lead on different activities, such like routine documents reviews and updates, onboarding new supplier activities, supplier unplanned events, etc.
