Job Description
Essential Duties & **
Non-Conformance Process Support and Management
Liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement for material issues
Supplier Audits and Action Verification
Supplier Continuous Improvement
Assist in First Article/First Piece Inspection and Physical Configuration Audits
Coach Suppliers on PFMEA and Control Plan activity
Coordinate efforts for Non-conforming material
Support the ISO 9001:2015 approved Supplier Quality system
Investigate and address customer complaints regarding part quality
Evaluate new suppliers and manage associated risks
Assist the Supplier Quality Manager with the approval process for suppliers
Ensure adherence to established safety policies and procedures
Perform all other duties as required

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Understanding in root cause analysis
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Proficient in MS Office applications and Quality assurance tools
Experience with electronic components, PCBAs, and/or batteries is preferred
