Our client is one of the world’s leading suppliers in the electric automotive industry. We are currently looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join their most innovative business unit, focusing on sustainable and green mobility.
Tasks:
- Ensure the quality of supplied components in line with IATF 16949 standards.
- Collaborate with Procurement to monitor and improve supplier performance.
- Support 8D problem-solving and manage process and part approvals.
- Assess potential suppliers and evaluate their manufacturing and quality capabilities.
- Support sourcing decisions and manage supplier-related quality claims.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (BSc/MSc)
- 1–2 years of relevant quality experience; recent graduates are also welcome to apply
- Confident English skills (spoken and written)
- Category B driving licence and confident driving skills
- Strong technical mindset
- Proactive, flexible and results-oriented, with strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
Advantages:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in automotive or metalworking
- Knowledge of relevant standards (IATF, VDA, ISO)
- Familiarity with automotive quality tools and methodologies, such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Kaizen, 5S, APQP and PPAP
