As a technical expert, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.
You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.
Tasks
Qualify and audit suppliers in accordance with ISO 13485 and MDR/MDD.
Review and approve supplier documentation (e.g., validation protocols, test methods, inspection reports).
Support supplier process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure robust manufacturing processes.
Investigate non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPAs.
Monitor supplier performance using metrics and scorecards, driving continuous improvement.
Support incoming inspection and material qualification activities.
Ensure supplier compliance with our internal QMS and all regulatory requirements.
Participate in supplier on-boarding, change control, and component qualification.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, or equivalent).
Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or process engineering in a regulated MedTech or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, MDD/MDR, and quality system regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English and German).
