We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and review product specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Utilize tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create and review schematics related to quality control processes.
Manage project scheduling related to quality initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Participate in root cause analysis for defects and develop strategies for prevention.
Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on quality control practices.
Skills
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Experience with AutoCAD for creating detailed schematics related to quality processes.
Knowledge of programming languages relevant to automation and robotics.
Familiarity with SolidWorks for product design reviews.
Understanding of robotics applications within a manufacturing facility.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
Excellent project scheduling abilities to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a focus on individual accountability.
