We are currently looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in the Central Bohemian Region (Czech Republic).
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure supplier quality performance in line with automotive standards
- Handle and lead 8D reports and corrective actions with suppliers
- Perform supplier evaluations and follow-up on quality issues
- Support supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Cooperate with internal teams (production, engineering, quality)
- Drive continuous improvement activities within the supply chain
Your Profile:
- Experience in supplier quality / quality engineering (automotive preferred)
- Strong knowledge of 8D methodology and problem-solving tools
- Experience with supplier audits is an advantage
- Technical background is a strong plus
- Knowledge of English at a professional level
- Knowledge of German language is an advantage
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949) is a plus
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
