Job Overview
We manufacture, customize, and sell the highest quality firearms, parts, and accessories in our industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Technician to join our team here at TTI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality management systems and conducting thorough inspections of firearm parts and accessories to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Duties
Conduct regular quality inspections of slides, barrels, and various small parts (checking machining, polishing, engraving, coating etc) throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
Analyze inspection data and report findings, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Participate in internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including inspection results and non-conformance issues.
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality management, quality inspection, or a related field.
Familiarity with google drive systems, excel, and FishBowl is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software is an advantage.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
