- Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for battery cell supplier industrialization, quality assurance, production ramp-up support, and cross-functional coordination between AMG, MB, and supplier teams. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, materials science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on battery engineering, cell manufacturing, cell quality, or cell R&D.
- More than five years of relevant working experience.
- Familiarity with automotive quality systems, such as VDA standards.
- Extensive experience in cell supplier management, including quality management and capacity management.
- Strong hands-on experience, including raw material incoming inspection, cell/component troubleshooting, cell/component disassembly, and cell production line OEE improvement.
- Strong team player with excellent summarization and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within China, approximately two to three weeks per month.
- Business fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Advanced computer literacy and MS Office skills.
