Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to support their Quality Management team in the medical technology field. In this position, you will be tasked with a challenging and diverse role within a professional and innovative environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and continuously improve processes.
Your Responsibilities:
Work across departments in the development and modification of medical devices and in handling deviations
Evaluate and monitor manufacturing and testing processes (internal/external), as well as their technical documentation and process landscape
Define and implement requirements through the creation of quality agreements, instructions, and other quality-related documents
Support supplier management in the selection and approval of new suppliers, as well as in the monitoring of the existing supplier portfolio
Analyse existing processes and workflows, identify optimization potential, and implement these changes through projects
Your Profile:
A degree in a technical or scientific field
Mind. 3 years of experience in quality assurance, production or process engineering, or supplier management
Several years of experience in the medical technology field, especially with the MDR, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820 standards
Solid knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methods (e.g., CAPA, 8D, FMEA), as well as process stability and capability
Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with independence and strong communication abilities
An auditor certification and/or experience with FDA regulations
Proficient in English communication skills
Strong team player with a structured, solution-oriented approach
