You will be the Supplier Quality Engineer Senior for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of supplier quality, driving project and program success. What You Will Be Doing As the Supplier Quality Engineer Senior you will be responsible for overseeing supplier quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Develop and maintain supplier quality control processes.
* Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
* Analyze quality data and drive corrective actions.
* Collaborate with engineering and program teams to ensure compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

-Ability to travel 25% of the time.

-Ability to work a flexible schedule (after hours or weekends when needed).

-STEM degree at the bachelor’s level or equivalent experience/combined education.

-Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance; candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

-Quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.

-Experience interpreting drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions.

-Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
-Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools and experience in disposition of non-conforming products.

-Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management.

Skills:

-STEM degree at the bachelor’s level or above highly preferred.

-In depth knowledge and experience in Quality processes and procedures.

-Effectively interact with Suppliers, Quality Program Management, Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Government Representatives, and other stakeholders.

-Engineering drawing review experience.

Experience with First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements.

-AS9100 interpretation and application experience.

-Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

-Effective strong communication skills, written, oral, listening, technical writing.

-Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.

-Demonstrated presentation skills.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
