Role Overview
As the Supplier Quality Excellence Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance raw material integrity and supplier performance, ensuring alignment with corporate quality objectives. You will foster cross-regional collaboration, proactively manage high-risk suppliers, and support North America Hypercare initiatives by providing swift resolution to supplier-related challenges and championing continuous improvement. A key focus will be integrating supplier quality systems for new sites, working closely with procurement, operations, and quality teams to uphold excellence and drive sustainable success.
Key Responsibilities
Champion and execute regional quality initiatives related to raw materials (RM) and supplier performance, aligning with corporate quality goals.
Lead cross-regional collaboration to manage and improve performance of top focus suppliers, ensuring alignment with procurement, operations, and quality teams.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of suppliers and tollers, identifying potential quality and compliance risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Plan, execute, and follow up on supplier and toller audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement practices.
Provide quality oversight and support for North America (NAM) and Latin America (LAM) initiatives, ensuring rapid response and resolution of supplier-related quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of supplier quality systems and processes for new sites.

Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in the food or pharma industry.
Proven experience conducting supplier audits and implementing CAPA, with a strong understanding of QMS, GFSI, or FDA requirements.
Proficiency in risk management tools such as FMEA, HACCP, or supplier scorecards.
Fluency in English;
Spanish is a plus.
Experience in the flavor industry is preferred.
