The opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and driving Supplier Quality Management and key QMS activities across a global network.
You’ll sit at the heart of the business—working cross-functionally and externally to ensure suppliers, systems, and processes are robust, compliant, and inspection-ready at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead Supplier Quality strategy, performance, and continuous improvement
- Oversee supplier qualification, onboarding, and lifecycle management
- Lead global supplier audits and drive CAPA resolution
- Define and manage Quality Agreements with partners and vendors
- Monitor supplier performance, risks, and compliance trends
- Strengthen and evolve core QMS processes (deviations, CAPAs, change control)
- Ensure alignment with cGMP, ICH, and global regulatory standards
- Drive inspection readiness and support audits (regulatory + client)
- Act as the go-to expert for supplier quality and compliance across the business
Eligibility
- 7+ years in Quality Assurance, with strong focus on Supplier Quality
- Background in pharma, biotech, or medical devices
- Deep expertise in cGMP, ICH (Q8/Q9/Q10), EudraLex, FDA
- Proven experience leading supplier audits and QMS processes
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Degree in a relevant scientific field
- Fluent English + willingness to travel
