Supplier Quality Specialist Jobs in Santa Ana, CA at Pioneer Circuits Inc.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluate setup and components submitted for 1st Piece approval using Component Process Specification (CPS) requirements
Perform periodic inspection at the LRT (In-line Auditing)
Provide feedback to operators and technicians on product acceptance or rejection
Provide feedback to Production and Process Engineering regarding processing issues
Inspections performed at processing workstations.
Other inspection duties as assigned
Requirements:
Knowledge of Micross processes and component handling
Familiar with inspection equipment such as microscopes, measurement tools
Be detail oriented to ensure customer requirements have been met
Ability to follow work instructions
Maintain proper documentation on traveler and electronic data entry
Good communication skills
