Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Supplier Quality Management System
Assist the team in vendor qualification activities by:
Timely logging and tracking requests from the global audit team related to suppliers
Collaborating with site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and provide accurate information to support vendor qualification efforts
Support the Vendor Change Notification (VCN) process by:
Logging VCNs and initiating inquiries to relevant SMEs as required
Assist in the creation and maintenance of non-specific client Approved Supplier Lists (ASLs)
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and global regulatory requirements
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a Supplier Quality function
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team
On-site presence vis required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Trackwise, Veeva, and Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of ICH Q7, Q9, and Q10 guidelines is highly desirable
Hourly Range: $30-$35/hr
