Overview
Supplier Quality Technician Jobs in Brownsburg, IN at Brunswick Corporation
About Us
We’re an Accounting Firm with a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) Division that believes in working smarter, not harder. We’re investing in process-driven automation to improve how we support our clients—and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, methodical individual to help us build the future of IT support in a structured and stable environment.
What You’ll Do
You’ll start by learning how we serve our clients—working on tickets, using our systems, and understanding our workflows. Once you’re fluent in how we operate, you’ll transition into designing and maintaining automation solutions that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and deliver reliable results.
In your first 1–3 months, you will:
Learn our core platforms, including our ticketing and automation tools
Shadow and then handle real client tickets for several weeks
Map out repetitive processes and identify opportunities for automation
Build, test, and deploy automation workflows with mentorship and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Experience in automation is not required—but you should have a strong desire to learn, a logical and analytical mindset, and a passion for accuracy and efficiency.
You might be a fit if you:
Have basic knowledge of IT (PCs, software installs, networking, etc.)
Are curious about automation, AI, scripting, or system building
Enjoy process improvement and refining systems to make them more repeatable and reliable
Are dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working within clearly defined roles and expectations
Have strong written communication and organizational skills
Are comfortable working 100% in-office as part of a focused, collaborative team culture
Bonus Points (Not Required)
Experience in help desk, IT support, or working tickets
Built something automatable (scripts, macros, bots, etc.)
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation that’s negotiable based on your experience and skills. Our goal is to find the right long-term fit—someone who values stability, growth, and doing high-quality work. Benefits are standard and include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement contributions.
