Job Title: Q.A Crew Leader

Reports to: Q.A Supervisor / Manager
* This role does not require traveling
Essential Functions:
Start up inspections –Pre Operational—
Perform and Conduct ATP cleaning procedure checks (surface micro testing at start up)
Will need to train QA technicians on all new and old procedures
Assemble micro test samples to outside labs
Review and sign off on in process checks
HACCP sign off and HACCP deviations
Perform and conduct GMP checks throughout the facility.
Perform daily thermometer, scale, and oxygen analyzer calibrations
Maintain ALL in process check documentation.
Product HOLD and foreign object dispositions.
Perform PMO checks.
Understand and be able to perform ALL QA technician responsibilities.
Perform all other duties given by Quality Assurance Supervisor and Manager.
Requirements:
English and Spanish (speak, write, and read) not necessary but preferable.
Able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds.
Must be flexible to work different shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must be responsible and reliable
Must be able to solve problems and excellent communication skills with employees, other supervisors and management.
